The Terpenator features no direct source of ignition and is an exemplary machine for hydrocarbon solvents during cleaning processes like, dip cleaning. This cold cleaning system consisting of an air-operated circulation pump and filtration is ideal for organic solvent cleaning as well. Another cleaning process this machine is used for is batch cleaning, which can be enhanced with the Terpenator’s additional add-ons, including the manual spray wand, hinged lid with fusible link closure and material handling options.

Baron Blakeslee, industrial cleaning equipment experts headquartered in Northbrook, IL, is excited to introduce the InGENEus Project to local Chicago area residents. Created to help pay for genetic testing for low-income cancer patients whose doctors recommend it, the non-profit organization was started by a local Itasca woman diagnosed with breast cancer four years ago. Because her 46th birthday fell just prior to her diagnosis, her insurance company refused to cover genetic testing even after her doctor wrote a personal letter of medical necessity. Through a network of friends, associates and specialists acquainted with throughout her own treatments, she began the InGENEus Project to ensure that even those that are uninsured or whose insurance companies refuse to pay for genetic cancer testing have access to the test and answers about their cancer.

We boast over 75 years of service throughout the Chicago area and have been proud to watch our communities grow along with our industrial cleaning company over those decades. We enjoy sharing positive news from local residents that are doing excellent things within the community to help others. Because of the InGENEus Project and its annual fundraiser, one woman is turning her struggle into a way to help others in her situation that may feel helpless or in the dark. WV won their bowl berth by winning a share of the Big East conference edging out the head to head with Cincinnati.  Clemson defeated Virginia Tech for the second time in the ACC title game to earn their way into the Orange Bowl.  These two high powered offenses will face off Wednesday night 8:30pm EST in Miami.  This match up has 29 Floridians from both squads and is a recruiting dream for both teams.   We expect a tough game between both teams and believe the Mountaineers will come out on top with the Orange Bowl Trophy.

Using our stills alongside your vapor degreaser guarantees a longer useful life of your cleaning solvent while lessening your waste stream.

We manufacture two lines of solvent recovery equipment here at Baron-Blakeslee:  the M-Series Precision Stills and SC-Series Industrial Stills. Our M-Series Precision Stills can be used in conjunction with the M-Series vapor degreasers, and allow for efficient reclamation of precision cleaning solvents. These units are made of stainless steel, have a completely automated solvent transfer to still from degreaser, come with both low and high level controls, and have a 5-Side Tank Insulation.

There are no water utilities required and the closed loop design virtually eliminates emissions. Our SC-Series is an open top solvent recycling system, with a cover, designed for quick and efficient reclamation of vapor degreasing solvents.  These are ideal in heavy-duty industrial cleaning operations and, like the M-Series, are fully automated and stress free.
